We sell the Trunwell WK-987 Natural Gas Alarm. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for general information, and we work to keep them accurate. Certification information shown on our product page, such as UL 1484 and ETL Listed by Intertek information, reflects the documentation linked on that page.

MetroComply provides general educational information about New York City natural gas alarm requirements. This information is not legal, engineering, or code-compliance advice. Customers and property owners remain responsible for determining which rules apply to their property, including by confirming with the appropriate authorities or a qualified professional.

5. Installation and use

Install, test, and maintain any alarm according to the manufacturer's instructions and applicable laws, using a qualified professional where required. If you smell gas, leave the area immediately and call 911 once you are safely away. Customer support is not an emergency service.

6. Orders, pricing, and availability

You agree to provide accurate and complete order, contact, and payment information. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change. Quantity pricing applies automatically at checkout as shown on our website. Product availability may be limited. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because a product is unavailable or because of a pricing or listing error. If we cancel an order that you have paid for, we will refund it in full.

7. Payment and taxes

Payments are processed through Shopify and its payment partners. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.

8. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds are governed by our Refund and Return Policy.
